Green John™

Description

Green John™ has also been bred from Little John. Just like Better John, it is quicker to establish and easier to grow, while keeping Little John's great small height. The only difference is its green colour, which contrasts nicely with Better John.

It is slightly more dense growing than Better John and will tend to be a little slower growing, but still faster than Little John to grow and establish. Green John™ produces a lighter green new growth foliage in contrast to the older dark green mature foliage.

Green John™ grows 60cm-1m high x 60cm wide depending on conditions.

Uses

Great for specimen and mass planting and as a colour contrast (especially with Better John).

Position

Requires full sun to part shade and works in sandy to well drained soils. Better John™ is drought tolerant and has low to moderate frost tolerance.

Care

Water well until established and prune as required.
